Cure your asthma with this simple yoga pose

“Matsya” stands for fish. It is one of the best back bending poses which can be practiced right after performing other asanas. It has multiple health benefits and is easy to perform. How to perform the yoga: • Lying on your back, inhale and slide your palms just below the base of your spine. • Inhale, pressing your elbows into the floor • Lift your head and chest off the floor. • Exhale and relax your neck backward, resting the crown of your head on the floor. • Take five to ten breaths and then inhale. • Tuck your chin towards your chest before returning to the starting position Benefits: 1. Improves lung functioning, making breathing easy 2. Stretches the spine and nerves in the neck 3. Revitalizes the pelvic organs by regulating blood flow 4.
