Follow these simple yoga poses for a flat belly

The boat pose or Naukasana is an easy asana that involves a lot of balancing. It greatly benefits the back muscles. How to perform: 1. Lie down on the floor on your abdomen. 2. Make sure that your chest and forehead are touching the ground. 3. Put your legs together and hand by the sides. 4. Extend your hands in the front parallel to each other. 5. Your upper arms should be touching the ears. 6. Rest your palms on the ground. Join your fingers 7. Inhale and raise your arms, head, neck, chest, trunk and legs in the air. 8. Pull your head up. 9. Your finger tips and toes should all be at the same level. 10. Balance your entire body on the abdomen. 11. Stretch as much as you can. 12. Exhaling and return to starting position. Benefits: • Strengthens the hips, thighs, calves and feet • Makes the spine flexible
