NEPRA increases power rates by 32 paisa

ISLAMABAD: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has increased the electricity rates by Rs 0.32 per unit for September under monthly fuel adjustment formula. According to NEPRA, Central Power Purchase Agency had sent the request to hike rates of electricity. The increase would be applicable on all distribution companies except Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC).
