Randhawa murder: ATC grants 14-day remand of accused Kazim Rizvi

KARACHI: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Wednesday sent Kazim Abbas Rizvi, accused in the murder of advocate Naimat Ali Randhawa, on 14 day physical remand, Geo News reported. According to the details, police presented Kazim Abbas Rizvi before the ATC in strict security. Kazim Rizvi is accused in killing of Randhawa and possessing illegal weapons. Karachi police on Tuesday, disclosed the arrest of Kazim Rizvi allegedly involved in the killing of Naimat Ali Randhava. Police said that the accused had confessed to the killing of Randhava on the orders of top leadership of a political party. The accused had also provided the police names of four more accused in the case. In his statement before the court on Wednesday, accused Kazim Rizvi said he had passed matric and holding electrical diploma. Currently he is employee at the water board.
