Galaxy S5 launched: Sports 16 MP display, full HD display, water resistant body and more

Samsung has revealed its first flagship for the year and the successor of popular Galaxy S4 at the Mobile World Congress. The new handset will be a 5.1-inch display phone with super amoled display screen with a full HD resolution. The phone as we expected sports 16 megapixel primary camera and a 2 megapixel secondary camera. Other specs include Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS that will later be upgraded with the latest version of Android OS, 2 GB RAM, 16/32 GB internal memory and 64 GB expandable memory, a battery of 2800 mAH that can offer 21 hours of talktime. The most interesting part of the handset is its IP67 certification that makes it dust and water resistant. It also offers a FingerScanner, providing a secure, biometric screen locking feature and a seamless and safe mobile payment experience to consumers.
