9 simple yoga steps, which will relieve you from your stress

The name of the yoga comes from the word ‘sukh’ which means comfort in Sanskrit. This asana can put you at complete ease and leave you relaxed and happy. How to perform: 1. Sit on the floor with your legs stretched. 2. Keep your back, neck and head stiff and erect. 3. Fold your left leg at the knee and bring it near your body. 4. Lifting your right knee, slide your left foot under the right thing. 5. Folding the right leg put your right foot under the left calf. 6. Place your hands on both knees. 7. Maintain this posture for a while. 8. Stretch out the legs again. 9. Interchange the position of your legs and repeat. Benefits: • Helps relax the mind and the body • Easiest pose to practice any time
