LG G2 4G comes to India at Rs. 49000

LG has launched the 4G network capable G2 for the Indian market now. The G2 4G comes to India via Airtel network at a price of Rs. 49000. Announced back in early March this is a 32-GB handset that comes in white, black and gold colour variants. Though 4G is limited to a few networks and a very limited number of cities in India, the country is looking forward to this new and fast Internet pathway for the future. LG hopes to be a part of the future with new handsets. “4G will become main stream in India by the end of 2015 and LG G2 is a first step to realize the new mobility service for the Indian consumers”, says Amit Gujral, LG India’s mobile communications product and marketing head according to Deccan Chronicle. The 16 GB model will come for a price of Rs. 46000. The G2 is the successor of Optimus G and runs on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with a 5.2 inch screen. It runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean on its 1080 by 1794 pixel full HD display screen. The handset carries a 13 megapixel primary camera.
