REVEALED: The last 54 minutes of convesration between MH370 pilot and ground control

Kuala Lumpur: A transcript of the detailed communication between Malaysian Airlines plane MH370's cockpit with the ground control units has given rise to speculation that the plane was possibly 'diverted' in the dark zone during the handover of Kuala Lumpur ATC to Ho Chi Minh City. During the changeover the flight is temporarily invisible to the ground control and could have provided a possible opportunity to divert the plane. According to the transcript published in the Telegraph, a message from MH370 was relayed at 1:07. The message was unnecessary as it was repeated six minutes ago. The message was also the last signal sent out by the Acars signalling devices on board the MH370. The device was turned off within next 30 minutes of the redundant message sent at 1:07. The investigating officials have already confirmed that a transponder was shut down at 1:21; but they believe that the Acars device was switched off before the final message of the co-pilot relayed at 1:19. The news report quoted the agencies investigating the transcript- "In all other aspects, the correspondence between the 27-year-old fly enthusiast and the flight controllers was routine. Although analysts noted his slightly casual approach in terms of his wording, nothing in his tone gave any indication he was about to fly off course."
