This yoga pose will cure your ailing liver

The yoga gets is named in Sanskrit where mayur means peacock, hence the pose which resembles a peacock with spread out feathers on its back. Mayurasana has infinite health benefits. How to perform: 1. Sit on your knees on the floor. 2. Keep your knees apart. 3. Place your palms in between your knees. 4. Make sure the elbows are touching the abdomen. 5. Stretch out your legs backwards and push yourself forward. 6. Your body should be parallel to the ground. 7. Balance the pose on your palms & elbows and raise both legs off the ground. 8. Your body should be a straight line. 9. Stay in this posture till you can. 10. Place your feet back on the ground. 11. Fold your legs and place the knees on the ground. 12. Remove your hands and sit on your soles.
