Treat muscle pain with these simple yoga steps

This yoga involves a pose where palms are kept on the ground ahead of the knees and hence its name as ‘Janu’ means knees and ‘Hasta’ mean hands. It is the very best yoga to treat joint muscle ailments and other pains. How to perform: 1. Sit on the floor with your legs bent at the knees and folded backwards. 2. Your toes should be touching the ground. 3. Place your palms on the ground in front of the knees. 4. Keep your chest outwards, waist downwards and the neck backwards. 5. Relax your body and breathe normally.
