8 natural steps to control asthma and bronchitis

Asthma is a chronic lung disease that causes inflammation and muscle tightening, making it difficult for the air to move through the airways. Breathing becomes difficult and sometimes no air comes through causing suffocation and ultimately death. Unless diagnosed and controlled it can turn fatal. Asthma develops in children but adults can become asthmatic on being exposed to certain things for a long time. Here are some natural remedies for asthma. - Smelling honey can benefit asthmatics - 5-6 cloves in half glass of boiled water with spoon of honey taken twice a day is a well known remedy for asthma. - 3-4 dry figs soaked in water had on an empty stomach for at least for 2 months can help drain the phlegm. - Asthma attacks can be countered with dried grapes soaked in water and then in cold milk. - Add honey and oil equally to warm milk. Take it along with a few cloves of garlic before breakfast. - Raisins and dried pomegranate boiled in milk can be helpful for asthma patients. - ½ tsp cinnamon powder with 1 tsp honey taken right before sleeping every night can benefit asthmatics. - A concoction made with honey, ginger powder and ground black pepper is an effective home remedy.
