Lose weight from your thighs by this simple yoga pose

Famously known as the eagle pose, this yoga stretches the thighs and hips and also gives a sense of balance to the body. How to perform: 1. Stand erect. 2. At the knee, bend your legs. 3. Lift your right foot off the ground while balancing your body on the left foot. 4. Your right foot toe should be pointed towards the ground. 5. Swing your right foot around the calf of the left leg. 6. Place the left foot on the ground. 7. Stretch your arms parallel to the ground in front. 8. Placing the left hand over the right, cross your hand s over the elbow 9. Point your fingers towards the ceiling. 10. Back of both hands should be pressed against each other. 11. Try to make the palms face each other twisting your hands. 12. Place the fingers of the right hand in the left hand at the root of the thumb. 13. Press the palms together as much as you can. 14. Bring your elbows in the same level as your shoulders. 15. Breathe normally for about 15-20 seconds in the pose. 16. Repeat the pose with switched hands and legs. Benefits: • Strengthens the ankles and calves • Benefits the kidney • Improves concentration • Stretches the thighs and hips
