Members of SIMI include Modi in hit list; shout pro-Pakistan slogans outside Bhopal court

Bhopal: Just a day after Narendra Modi led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) achieved a landslide victory in the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, 18 members of the banned Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI), including its Madhya Pradesh chief Abu Faisal, shouted pro-Pakistan and Taliban slogans outside a court in Bhopal and included Modi in their hit list. The SIMI members (Faisal and 17 other SIMI others) were brought by police for a hearing in the Khandwa jailbreak and other terror-related cases in the court of chief judicial magistrate Pankaj Singh Maheswari on May 18. These were seen shouting slogans such as "Taliban zindabad. Ab Modi ki baari hai (Now, it's Modi's turn)." As per police officials, the SIMI members are booked under Section 153 (B) and 294 A of the IPC for making assertions prejudicial to national integration.
