New Delhi: It is the D day, Narendra Modi is all set to take oath as the 15th Prime Minister of India. With a hectic schedule ahead today, Modi began his day by paying tribute to Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat.

The following roads shall be closed for movement of general traffic on 26th May, 2014 between 2.00 PM to 8.00 PM:
1. Rajpath (from Vijay Chowk to Rashtrapati Bhawan).
2. Vijay Chowk and its North and South Fountain area.
3. South Avenue Marg.
4. North Avenue Marg.
5. Dalhousie Road.
6. Church Road.
In addition, necessary traffic diversions shall be given on the following roads/locations, situated in the surrounding vicinity of Rashtrapati Bhawan, to facilitate the movement of VVIPs/VIPs:
1. Panchsheel Marg.
2. R/A Samrat Hotel.
3. Kautilya Marg.
4. Talkatora Road.
5. Park Street.
6. Battle Honours Mess Marg.
7. Abai Marg.
8. Raisina Road (beyond R/A Rail Bhawan towards Parliament House).

12.00 pm: Sources reveal Modi’s team to include 23 Cabinet ministers, 21 MoS. A few ministries to be merged as well.
Merged Minstries may look like this:
- Law ministry to include Company affairs
- Energy ministry to include coal and renewable energy other than power
- Transport ministry likely to include aviation, roads and railways
- External Affairs minstry to include Overseas Indian affairs other than Ministry of External Affairs
- Agriculture Ministry could include food processing, consumer affairs and Chemical & fertilizers
- Industry ministry could include both heavy industry and small scale industry portfolio
