SC commutes Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar's death sentence to life imprisonment

New Delhi: Supreme Court has commuted the death sentence of Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar's to life imprisonment. Bhullar was convicted in 1993 Delhi bomb blasts. SC has accepted the curative plea of Bhullar. In the view of mental illness and inordinate delay of the convict, Supreme Court has granted him life imprisonment instead to death sentence.
