Sindh govt has nothing to do with criminals: Memon

KARACHI: Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon Saturday said that the police and Rangers were given free hand to take action against the criminals in the metropolis. In a statement issued here Saturday, Memon said that no pressure has been asserted on law enforcement agencies and that they can take any action whenever and wherever they want. The provincial information further said that the provincial government has nothing to do with criminals. The targeted operation against the criminals was not possible without the support of Sindh government, he added. He said that the provincial government is bearing all the expenses of the operation.
