A common fad has impregnated the minds of diligent dieters, that skipping dinner will make them lose weight. Ladies, we are sorry to burst the bubble, but this is definitely not the truth! Theory To lose weight, eat most of your calories in the morning and early afternoon, because food eaten at night has a higher chance of being converted into fat. Truth Calories will do what they are meant to do irrespective of the time of their intake. Cutting down on your meals at night will affect your sleep. It’s a known fact that sleeping on an empty stomach is complicated. Try Eat the majority of your daily calories, between dinner and late-night snacks. As carbs cause serotonin release, which make you content and induces sleep. If you wish to cut down on your calories intake try eating healthy (fruits, proteins) during the day, and save the big starchy meal for the night.
